OneTake

For sales teams

Your salespeople text buyers a video of the car and see who watched.

Every salesperson has your stock on their phone and can send any car's finished video.

How a send works.

  1. Find the car

Your salesperson opens OneTake on their phone and finds the car. Each car shows whether its video is ready.

  2. Send the video

They enter the buyer's name and mobile number and tap send. The buyer gets a text from your dealership with a link to the video.

  3. The buyer watches

The link opens a page with your dealership's branding and the video of the car. OneTake's name stays off the page.

  4. Your salesperson follows up

OneTake shows when the text was delivered, when the buyer opened it and whether they watched to the end. A buyer who watched the whole video last night is the first call this morning.

When a car has no video yet.

If a buyer asks about a car that hasn't been filmed, your team can request a video. The car goes to the top of the filming list, and OneTake tells the salesperson when the video is ready to send.

What managers see.

Managers see every send across the dealership: which salespeople are sending, which buyers watched and which cars still need a video.
