FAQ
Questions dealers ask us.
If your question isn't here, call Giuliano on 0490 036 289 or send us a message.
What do the free videos include?
Film 10 cars with the OneTake app, and OneTake edits and delivers all 10 at no cost. Each one comes back as a finished landscape and portrait video with music and captions.
Do we need to change our DMS or listings provider?
No. We take the stock feed you already have, and we load each video back into the same system, so it appears wherever your listings already go.
What do you take from our DMS?
Vehicle details only: stock number, VIN, make, model, price and the date the car came into stock. We never take customer records, leads or finance details from your DMS.
Which marketplaces show the video?
The landscape video appears on carsales, Autotrader, Gumtree, CarsGuide and Drive wherever the platform supports video on dealer listings. It also plays on your website and YouTube.
How long is each video?
About 30 to 60 seconds. You get a landscape 16:9 version and a portrait 9:16 version of the same cut.
Can our own staff film?
Yes. Salespeople or lot staff film with the OneTake app, and OneTake does the edit. You can also have our filmers visit, or use both.
Where do your filmers work?
Across Australia. Since May 2025 our filmers have filmed more than 5,000 cars across 53 dealer rooftops.
What does a buyer see when a salesperson sends a video?
A text from your dealership with a link. The link opens a page with your dealership's branding and the video of the car.
Is there a contract?
You pay monthly and can cancel with 30 days' notice. There is no long-term contract.
How much does OneTake cost?
We quote per rooftop once we know your stock count and how you want to film. Filmer visits are priced per car.
Who makes OneTake?
SCRM Media Pty Ltd, an Australian company that films vehicle video for car dealerships.
