OneTake

How it works

Your team films each car, and OneTake does the rest.

Your team films each car once on a phone. OneTake edits it, loads it onto your listings and lets your salespeople text it to buyers.

The five steps at a glance.

  1. Step 1: Your stock

Your feed tells us which cars still need a video

  2. Step 2: Your team films

One walk around each car, on a phone

  3. Step 3: OneTake edits

Music, cuts and captions, in both formats

  4. Step 4: Buyer

The buyer watches it on your listings, socials or ads

  5. Step 5: Salesperson

Your salesperson sends the video and sees who watched

Each step in detail.

  1. Your stock

We connect to the feed your listings already come from, usually your DMS or listings provider. It tells us which cars are in stock and which still need a video.

We take vehicle details only: stock number, VIN, make, model, price and the date the car came into stock. We never take customer records.

  2. Your team films

A salesperson or someone on the lot opens the car in the OneTake app and films one walk around it on a phone. That is the whole job. If you would rather not film, our filmers can visit instead.

  3. OneTake edits

OneTake picks a track that suits the car, cuts to the beat and writes captions from your listing. You get a landscape 16:9 video and a portrait 9:16 video of the same cut.

  4. Buyer

We load both videos into the system your listings come from. The landscape video appears on your website and on each marketplace that supports video on dealer listings. The portrait video goes to your socials and your Meta inventory ads.

  5. Salesperson

When a buyer asks about a car, your salesperson texts them the video from OneTake. The buyer opens it on a page with your dealership's branding.

Your salesperson sees when the text arrived, when the buyer opened it and whether they watched to the end.

What you need to get started.

Most of the setup happens on our side. Here is what we need from you.
  1. Tell us about your dealership

We need your rooftop and stock count, and how you handle vehicle video today.

  2. Authorise your stock feed

You give your DMS or listings provider written permission to share your stock feed with us. We arrange the rest with them directly.

  3. Choose how to film

Your team films with the OneTake app, our filmers visit on a set day, or you use both. Each rooftop can choose for itself.

  4. Set up your team

We create OneTake accounts for your salespeople and managers.
